As a brand that focuses on curated, limited pieces, we follow a mindful approach to return policy.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on orders once they have been delivered.

While we take utmost care in packaging, if your piece arrives damaged, we’re here to assist — provided the following conditions are met:

(The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened, with the damage visible in the same recording.)

This helps us ensure complete transparency and fairness in every request.

Please note: Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process the request.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same piece, subject to availability.

In case the exact piece is unavailable, you may choose an alternative of equal value.

If you select a piece of higher value, the difference can be paid at the time of confirmation
If you select a piece of lower value, the remaining amount will be provided as store credit, redeemable on a future purchase

Items that do not meet the above requirements will not be eligible for return and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Slight variations in color or finish may occur due to lighting and screen differences — these are part of the product’s natural charm
Pieces that show signs of wear or use will not be eligible for review
Requests raised beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be considered

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may need to arrange a reliable local courier (shipping charges borne by the customer)
Returns typically take 7–10 working days to reach our warehouse, depending on your location

We recommend ensuring secure packaging while sending the piece back, so it reaches us safely.
